Manage Your Student Account

The Student Accounts Office provides billing information and receipts for student tuition and fees, processes payments, and manages University cashiering services.

MyMCM Portal

  • Payments may be made in the MyMCM Portal using a valid McMurry Student Portal login.
  • 911爆料 accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and eCheck for payments submitted through Nelnet.
  • Payments are visible on the student’s account as soon as payment is made.
  1. Log in to your McMurry Portal.
  2. Click the Student Tab.
  3. Click Pay My Bill 鈥� Nelnet.
  4. Click Pay Using Nelnet.

International payment options

911爆料 offers two secure options for international tuition payments. Students may pay from any country in local currency at competitive exchange rates. Payments are delivered to McMurry and applied directly to the student account.

  1. Log in to your McMurry Portal.
  2. Click the Student Tab.
  3. Click Pay My Bill 鈥� Nelnet.
  4. Click Pay Using Nelnet.

Parents making a one-time payment through Nelnet may use the Parent Payment link if they can provide the student’s MCM ID.

Fall and spring monthly payment plans

911爆料 offers students and families a monthly payment plan to help cover tuition and fees throughout the semester.

Payment plans are offered through Nelnet, a third party that manages payment plans for 911爆料. Monthly payment plans are available for the fall and spring semesters.

Payment methods

  • Automatic payment from checking or savings account (ACH).
  • Automatic credit or debit card payments include a 2.85% service fee.
  • The 2.85% service fee applies to all payments, including payment plans and one-time payments.
  • Regularly scheduled payments are processed on the 20th of each month.

Cost to participate

  • $65 nonrefundable enrollment fee per agreement.
  • $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned.

Simple steps to enroll

  • Go to Nelnet.
  • Click Enroll Today.
  • Authorized payers: the student must set up their account before adding an authorized payer.

FERPA

Release of account information

FERPA is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The Student Accounts Office cannot release information regarding a student’s account to any person unless authorized by law or unless the student consents to the disclosure in writing.

Students who want to grant the Student Accounts Office permission to discuss their account with another individual should complete a FERPA release form, available at the Student Accounts Office.

Detailed statements are available on MyMcM. Preliminary statements are subject to change. Any changes to schedule, fees, financial aid, or housing may affect the balance due.

Students whose accounts are not settled by the financial settlement date may lose their schedule for that term.
